Bank holiday
Decided at the last minute to visit home as the three day weekend was looming. Managed to drag everyone to Sulgrave Manor on Sunday, which is George Washington's ancestral family home. Discovered some great trivia, like the fact that the stars and stripes are actually based on the Washington family crest, knight spurs above rivers of blood, from the crusades.. I bet not many Americans know that!!
